I had a great experience overall. The masseuse was fantastic. I had requested a female masseuse and ended up with a male. I didn’t say anything though and he ended up being great so it’s fine! Also wish prices were better for non-members. I get that’s your business model but I only get massages once or twice a year and $80-90 is crazy for a 50 minute massage. I think $65 is still high, but more reasonable at least. I wish there was a more quiet transition room or a more relaxing waiting area.

Linens were very thin and seemed cheep. Would’ve been nice to have a blanket. Aromatherapy would have been nice.

Check out rep was not very friendly. Was told 20% off product because I was a member, but was told because I used to be a member in only got 10%.

Was not advised at time of booking that the prices had gone up on a 120min massage. Was not expecting to have to pay additional fees when I arrived.

I was not highly satisfied due to the following reasons: Receptionist did not confirm any add ons I had requested, my massage therapist did not discuss with me beforehand any injuries ( that I had stated in the take in form) nor did they confirm pressure level or add ons I had paid for. My massage therapist was responsive to my requests once I voiced my request and very knowledgeable.

The therapist went too fast and she used her elbows & knuckles instead of her hands. She did not focus on the areas I mentioned & was very rough with me.

I prefer not to join a monthly membership and wish benefits extended at the same level to all patrons.

The massage therapist was very nice, but overall moved too quickly through different moves and techniques. There was no organization to it. And often times it felt like she didn't use enough lotion or oil.

Massage started 30 minutes late and I had another appointment which I was late for and stressed about that

The therapist with whom I booked my appointment did not come in so the receptionist was able to find another therapist to provide my service. I was booked for a 100 minute massage but the replacement therapist was able to only do a 50 massage. I was somewhat disappointed as I was looking forward to my long massage. I did appreciate the receptionist finding someone so my trip out was not a waste of time.
