Therapist was not doing a good job

First time after Covid, nervous. Front desk didn't relay message to massage therapist that I had a facial following. So some confussion an a little delay.

Supposedly now we need to wait in the car and someone to call us to come in, that did not happen and I made me late for my appointment.

I did not feel that I got any improvement with my skin the day after the facial. I also paid additional for a scout massage and it wasn’t a massage. She kept gloves on while doing the massage and a night massage my scalp she just rubbed my hair around.

The products used made me feel greasy. It's hard to describe, but I felt tension in the therapist which translated into my body. She wasn't unfriendly, just quiet and seemed to hurry her movements. Maybe it was me. I know I wasn't as relaxed as I usually am.

My massage therapist was too rough and moved to quickly. It was not at all relaxing. Her massage felt rushed and not calming

The receptionists were polite but every time I check out there is a new person and not trained throughly. The Products I needed were not available. Stock on some were zero. My aesthetician Katherine is and always fantastic!

Booked an hr massage, but it did not take up the whole hr. Looks like they might’ve been running behind. Waited about 15min after the appointment started to actually be seen. Massage was over 15:45

Pressure was not enough. Did not seem to work on muscles. Receptionist were too busy talking than to help customers.
