Receptionist was not very welcoming. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the staff has always been very kind and smiles provided. She was not rude or unkind, but when in this role, it’s important for the company to hire the best person suited for this role. There is another role in which I’m sure this lady is better suited. The last thing to note is that she said there were no massages left on my membership, yet there is one remaining, after saying that, she corrected me and this was incorrect.

I was not prepared to spend double the price for the facial I scheduled. I felt pushed into doing it, although I know I could have said no.

The massage was ok, but it’s not as good as my old therapist that used to be there. He seemed more intuitive.

I am used to being offered a cup of water when we arrive and after the massage- that didnt happen on either end- maybe Covid related?

The receptionist who checked me out was not willing to listen to my explanation for using 2 of my already paid packages. The other receptionist there tried to explain to her how they handled my situation in the past but she was not willing to listen to her either. After some discussion, she settled my situation. After using my 2 packages for my service several times previously, I don’t understand why I had to encounter this. Although I book my service online, I normally need to call in so they can accurately annotate my requested service. I like to use 2 of my packages to get a 100 minute massage (2 - 50 minute massages) instead of the normal 80 minutes. My understanding is that it should cover my full service. H&S is very good about sending out notifications of changes but have not received any so I assume everything remains the same.

This was the worst massage I have ever received. The masseuse did not understand my problem areas or how to fix them. He was uncomfortably rubbing my body with absolutely no purpose. He did not know how to properly use the sheet. He barely used his hands, instead using his forearms and using his entire bodyweight to slowly move his forearms up and down my body. He was rubbing my arms underneath the blanket, which made me uncomfortable. He also pulled my hair and massages my face with a towel. I’m pretty sure he pinched nerves in one of my calves and my back. I left the appointment in more pain than I was in when I had arrived. I was never able to relax because of how uncomfortable I felt. He had no knowledge of muscular structure whatsoever.

She was very nice and gave a more gentle massage. She advised other people do deep tissue massages. I like a lot more pressure than she was capable of doing. She wasn’t the massage therapist for me but she did give me a soothing massage.

My massage and facial were amazing and the reason I was satisfied. I am a respiratory therapist and I understand that covid has everyone on edge but to make me feel like a leper for my profession is unacceptable. I still deserve to be treated with respect like all others.

The products irritated my skin and my acne was worse the next day.
