Facial appt at 10:15. Arrived at 10 am and called from car. Had to call back at 10:25 and then was told to come in. I pointed out we were starting late because I had a massage right after, and she said "I'll see if I can fit do the whole facial but I have another appt after you." ?? Facial still ended at 11:15...did not get full 60 minutes. I think she was told I was late rather than I was not called in. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the front desk but they didn't bother to make it better. Except front desk girl did admit it was her fault she forgot to call me in on time. Need better communication among all staff. And...is Love coming back? She is my preferred girl for my facials!

For overall massage, would like massage time dorwad more evenly over body and not do much on back. Would be nice to get water afterward even in bottle.

They didn’t have any change to break a 20 for me to leave a tip. I didn’t want to stiff Laura so I left her the full 20. Music in room kept cutting off and on.

To me highly satisfied is difficult To routinely achieve as I have very high standards. I also have chronic pain so relieving that to such a degree is even more difficult. The massage therapist was great though to be clear.

I biggest concern was trying to book an massage, I left 5 messages over a weeks time. No one called the re order message stated I would be contacted and that the facility was open. I did share this info with staff when I did get through. She was kind and explained that there was an issue with the new phone service

I asked to be scheduled with the last person who did my facial and they said I was but when I showed up had someone different. Madison was very good I was just expecting someone different.

I requested a deep tissue massage and have had better more effective ones in the past.

There seems to be constant change up front, some really know about the business ie. booking, points etc and others are not as knowledgeable. That’s my only complaint , the front desk personal need to be better trained. All in all, great facial and massage.
