The facial experience was just okay. The esthetician did not listen when I asked her not to perform extractions. Also, she gave no information about the products she used. She was friendly, just young and seemed disenchanted with her work.

I had an account with Hand and Stone and referred my son. He had a couple of problems with keeping appointments. He has tried to cancel his membership and it seems that he lost about 15 paid for sessions. I paid for his membership and have tried to find out if we can use them, but it is supposed to cost $10 for me to transfer them - $150! It seems that this has created much confusion at Hand and Stone that has overwhelmed several people.

The receptionist was not welcoming. The service has really gone down over the last 2 years. I stopped my membership and will explore different salons to compare. Just not wowed anymore.

Massage didn't start on time & I felt wasn't extended to compensate. When getting dressed I noticed it was less than an hr from original appt time got Massage gel felt a bit "grainy".

Massage began at least 15 minutes late because there was a mixup with the name called in reception area. Overall I felt a little rushed when got in room and felt massage could’ve been better.
