I asked for light to moderate pressure. Once the massage was underway I said please apply more pressure. He did not.

The knowledge of packages and what they can be used on. Not clearly explained. Still not fully understand what is considered a package and what membership points can be used on.

1--Front desk way too pushy with trying to sell the package, very stressful 2--Esthetician very critical of skin maintenance, despite my telling her facials are a once in a while treat and I know the issues I have. 3--Front desk asked me AGAIN about the package when I checked out, what should have been a relaxing hour (that cost $120 with tip) was anything but.

Our check out was during a very busy time and day but there was only one staff member checking out. I waited behind two customers and the person directly in front of me gave up and walked out. It took over 10 minutes for me to be able to check out for my appointment. The staff member did apologize but someone should’ve been there to assist.

I visited because I was given a gift card. While the facility ambiance was clean & relaxing, I have been to other massage facilities that provided a more complete relaxation experience from start to finish. The staff did an adequate job of communicating, however, for being a first time visitor with a unique massage experience (prenatal) I was hoping to be more informed about what to expect during my experience.

The room was close to reception and loudish knocking/banging could be heard through wall. While the hallway was dim, quiet and relaxing, the reception area felt a little busy and hectic.
