1st time. Massage therapist not a good fit. Too much pressure. Not soothing.

Since I have relocated to Texas, I have tried the service in Flower Mound. I am not happy with the quality of therapist there versus the ones I used in Bellevue, WA. It seems that I can not cancel my membership here in Flower Mound, but I have to do that in Washington, the original store I started with. I have call there twice (one voicemail message left, one person talked to on the second call a few weeks later). It appears I can not do this over the phone or email, but I have to fill out some paperwork to cancel. REALLY?!?

I was told the amber light would be beneficial for my skin. I payed $40 for this service and I felt like it was a complete waste of money. The light was on my face for hardly any time and it was WAY overpriced for what was actually delivered. I would not recommend.

My massage therapist did not take me back to the room until 12:10 but my appointment was scheduled for 12pm. I arrived at my appointment at 11:45, as I was asked to do. Also, the receptionist could not answer my questions when asked what two of your add on services were.

I have a cupón that you sent to me and I can’t use it because I have a membership and I can broke the price the lady said I can believe that , I don’t like it I think is better don’t have membership The cupón was 10 dólares

The receptionist thought I was a minor even though i’m not. The extra mask we did was burning my face. The checkout process was very slow.
