The massage was a rub down, not a massage. I asked for firm, it was VERY mild.

It seems that everyone I’m there, they try to sell me on upgrading or using excess packages. Every time I’ve fallen for it I get screwed. I use an additional package and then end up owing more $$ on top of that. They usually ask me about upgrading in the middle of my session when I’m relaxed from the massage and in a vulnerable position. The package system is confusing (on purpose I feel) so I’ve discontinued my membership.

My facial was great! My massage was great too. The only issues I had was I felt like the massage therapist was annoyed with me, the peppermint scalp massage was so overpowering I could t enjoy my massage and the room was freezing.

I had intended on getting the CBD treatment and using a gift card but was unable to redeem at that location (was never informed it had to be used at the same location it was received). Appointment started a couple of minutes late. It’s nice when they offer water while you wait and that did not happen (although my therapist got me coconut water after my massage)

They couldn’t answer my questions about ingredients in the facial products. I have allergies and need to know the specific ingredients. I kept the massage appt but had to cancel the facial. They were nice about it, but would love to be able to access the ingredient info.

This was the first time I was really dissatisfied with my massage experience. The agent, Lorena, was new and unfortunately not very experienced in the field. The massage started 10 mins past the appointment time. She forgot to position the pillow at my feet, she would massage one area of my body and forget others, she offered a peppermint scalp massage and proceeded to apply 5 pumps of the oil directly on my scalp. I had a burning sensation for a couple of hours after the fact. She did not leave a towel to wipe off the excess oil and I had to search for one myself in the cabinets.

I find reflexology massages more effective than what I experienced at half the price.
