Always friendly front staff that acknowledge me when I enter. They do not pressure me to buy products or reschedule. They do offer to reschedule, however.

I have expected more extractions. I came in for cleansing facial. Rosalyn said that i had congested T zone. She has done 4 tiny extractions. I came home and had to do it myself. Dissapointed. Tara was excellent.

The receptionist made a decision to use a package I had when I already had a gift card the add on service would have been 20 cents but she used a Full package and gave me back the gift card adding 48.75 to a gift card with out even asking me what I wanted to do . Very unprofessional .

I had to wait 7-10 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting area, but I feel I was “released” at the appropriate time.

Another guest was talking on her cell phone in the waiting area. I felt like she should have been asked to take her call outside. Perhaps a sign advising that the waiting area is a quiet zone might help.
