Christopher is an amazing therapist, but someone came to the door twice to ask him questions. He kept massaging but you could tell he was interrupted. It wasn’t horrible but thought it was inconsiderate as my time was interrupted and frankly my privacy not respected. I do enjoy coming here just wanted to share the feedback. Even with the whispering I could hear the conversation. When my phone caused an interruption that was my fault but this just wasn’t cool.

The person who did my brow wax was lovely but in technique she needed to use a high powered light so she could see what she missed. When I got home I had to tweeze my brow. I could have saved the money and done the whole thing at home. She did hand me a mirror to look at what she'd done but my eyes are not adjusted to the bright light in the room so sometimes it's difficult for you to see what has been done until you get home and look into a higher powered mirror.

All of the therapists are fine, but I haven’t found one that is outstanding enough for me to stick with and available for my schedule. I get the impression the therapist turnover is quite high.

I had to repeatedly ask for more pressure, she would increase but commented that she was afraid would hurt me. I also am still having the pain I wanted to have worked out. She was very nice, but I probably won’t go back to her.

1. The mobile app needs work to make it easier to book appointments. The log in process doesn’t work well. Also booking multiple services doesn’t sync with system. The options available in the app are limited. I need to be able to book and determine availability on my own the vs. depending on a person to book for me.

I mentioned I enjoyed the pumpkin facial I had received last time & I didn't get that. My skin still felt very dry when I left.

Offer more therapists. Hard to get an appt most of the time.
