I asked the technician to address a specific area twice but she didn't. The product dripped significantly down the sides of my neck and dried with a cristy residue. If I had somewhere to go other than home right after I wouldn't have been able to.

I received a massage and a facial. During the facial, the aesthetician acknowledged that I have sensitive skin but still wanted me to try a specific product. She put a patch of the product on my neck (right under my chin) and it was fine, but then when applied to my face, it burned like crazy. She asked me to rate it on a scale of 1-10 and I told her it was burning at a 8 or 9. She wanted me to try it longer. I should have asked her to take the product off my face, but was a bit too trusting. I called the next day when the red dots showed up and requested the name of the product so i don't use it again and they complied. The aesthetician was nice about it, another lady at the front desk returned my call. I felt like it was generally resolved.

I've been twice. The routine of each therapist was very different. One used towels to cleanse the back, one didnt. One massaged hands and feet...the other spent about a minute on each. It makes me question what should be happening. Adding a $20 tip each time makes it expensive. I could almost get a pedicure weekly for that price.

I feel like I am being over-sold on products. I am there to get a massage or facial, please stop pushing the products.

I am highlt satisfied with enviroment and the services provided however the price of the service is bit towards higher end.

For my facial it was not explained that I would be charged more for sensitive skin.

During my facial I wasn't told what product she was putting on or their purpose, no warning if it was going to be hot cold.
