My therapist Rachel is awesome. She is very attentive to the areas where I hold stress (and have muscle knots and tension) and she focuses on those areas expertly. I am happy she is back and hopefully Hand and Stone is able to retain her long term. Having been through several previous therapists over the years, it's hard to find one that really syncs with my needs, so when I find one that does, it makes having a membership worthwhile. On a different topic, the forms that are required to sign every visit are horrible and detract from each and every visit's experience. Make these a once annual form like the medical stuff, and it'd be fine. I don't care what litigation occurred to cause this, but the reaction of it has introduced a major negative to each and every visit. As a long-time member, I want to be able to check in, sit down and wait for my session, and not have to sign the same form I signed a week earlier again, and again, and again. It's counter to the intent of going to a spa in the first place. Annually, totally acceptable. Each visit, ridiculous.
