Nadia is very friendly and does a great job. She pays attention to the areas of great need. The ambiance in the room is always just right.

Rachel is the best therapist! She's always awesome, knows where I hold tension and does a great job of addressing those areas. Staff is also great. Things that need to be fixed: 1. The booking availability of 90 minute sessions is low, because they require a full 2 hour open window of the therapist's day. Needs to allow for bookings to occur on half-hour time slots to better accommodate for customers that want/need 90 minute sessions. 2. I've mentioned this numerous times before, and while things are getting better, it still needs to be fully addressed/fixed. Allow me to sign all the forms/waivers annually and keep them on file. Stop nagging me to sign a form every time I visit. Also, please stop even presenting me with a prenatal waiver form. I'm a man, and will never, ever, ever, ever be physically able to bear a child, so this is absolutely unnecessary to even ask me to sign. Corporate of Hand and Stone must be related to the Department of Redundancy Department. A little detailed focus on the Android app from a functionality perspective would be great. I'd be happy to discuss this with your development team on improvements in this area.

Kyvan is an outstanding massage therapist. He has a thorough understanding of the body & how to address muscular issues. Mallory, Lead Receptionist, is warm, welcoming, knows her job and aims to please. She sets a great example for the reception desk team.
