Hand and Stone

Madalis is amazing! He runs late at times, but I never feel like I don’t get my full time and he is worth the wait. My only issue was that I had scheduled on line for 4/2 at 6pm and got there and they did not have me down. Fortunately, Madalis had an opening the next day at 3pm. It was probably user error and I don’t think I got a confirmation email so I will pay more attention next time. But the receptionists are always very friendly and welcoming and Madalis does the best massage I’ve ever gotten which is why I keep going back! Thank you!

Rachel is awesome! I do not go to anyone else at H&S. She is very professional, makes me feel comfortable and does a great job on my massage. It would be nice if the room was a bit darker and the music was better, sometimes it’s playing and other times it’s not.

I am very familiar with Hand and Stone in Oregon but it was my first time at this Texas location and I was very pleased! I was complimented on my dress when I arrived which is always very nice :) the environment was extremely pleasing and I liked all the Saint Patrick’s day decorations! My massage therapist Rachel was amazing!! Going back and seeing her in May will be outstanding!!

I was greeted upon my arrival and my appointment began quickly. I felt my needs were met.

The center is always clean, I am greeted with a smile & on occasion they know me just depends on who is at the front desk. I adore Laura she is amazing and it shows with how far I have to book in advance to get to see her! She’s sweet, attentive and the absolute best massage I have ever had! If I can’t have her I don’t book!

The mgr Michelle was aware of my issue I had and took care of me. My facials are always great!
