Rachel is very professional, and was very personable in conversations with me. She prompted me to think about trouble areas. She was fantastic in communicating with me about pressure, and very knowledgeable about resolving the tightness without any discomfort. The front desk was outstanding, even when the computer system was having trouble working during checkout. They were also very personable, and made the entire process go smoothly, even if the computer did not want to cooperate. Thank you!

When I joined membership was $49. Then it went to $59, a 20% increase. During that time I had no Social security increase. My pension did not increase. Now you charge $69. SS increase was eaten up by Medicare increase. Still no pension increase. This last jump my force me to end membership. I’m sad. Very sad. It will eventually become impossible for me to justify my monthly treat.
