The esthetician knew what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and she allowed me to have a relaxed experience without a lot of conversation (I'm always hoping for a quiet, low stress environment when choosing a spa experience).

The reception area was welcoming and front desk employees were friendly. The therapist listened and did an excellent job. I was able to book my next appointment.
