They were quick to find an appointment time that would work for me on the same day. I was offered the monthly plan with lots of good details but not pushy. The facial was very relaxing while informative about the process along the way.

Esthetician friendly, did a nice job. Clean relaxing environment. Receptionist friendly as well. Other than telling me there was a price increase, they had nothing to display the new prices, and told me I would see them online? I looked and did not.

The efficient staff, the quality of the session and the ease of getting the appointment I wanted. My therapist gave a very relaxing session. He was professional and I would use him again.

Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who was very cordial. She also was very helpful and patient in helping me to finish the questionnaire. In addition, I was introduced to a smiling and friendly esthetician, Catherine. I was made to feel very welcome. She explained the procedure very well, worked with gentle and tender hands, and was informative regarding my skin concerns And work products might help them. A great experience !

Getting a regular massage is so therapeutic for me both physically and mentally

The experience exceeded my expectations. So pleased with the facial and the expertise of the esthetician. Her product knowledge and understanding the needs of my skin helped me to know what I need for a skin regimen

I really like how Daniel addresses my particular needs. If he is not available, I see Madallas (sp?). I don't have to explain that I get the massage for therapy and not necessarily to relax.

The staff is very knowledgeable. My only issue is that you have to book a month out due to masseuse’s schedule. Good for her, not so good for me.

I really like the old therapist i had , he was great he was the reason why I continued to come. After the awful experience i had with one your therapist that ended our session 15 mins early and the whole massaged was rushed. James was the best he made me feel like I was being pampered. The massage I got yesterday was good so I might come back if Rachel is still available.

The staff are all nice and welcoming. You can literally ask them anything and they’ll work with you the best they can. The service received are amazing!
