Catherine is wonderful. Her knowledge of product is a wealth of knowledge to me. I feel comfortable with Catherine’s experience, her technique, her confidence in the process. With Catherine, I know I am in good hands.

Kevin is always on time and super friendly. He listens to me regarding my trouble areas and works on those as I request.

Very timely in booking my appointment when I called. Cynthia asked about my preference for pressure of the massage, I requested very firm and she did an excellent job throughout the massage. Even though it is summer, I loved the heated table.

Catherine makes the facial a very relaxing experience. My skin feels so wonderful. The addition of a hand treatment is wonderful.

I’ve been coming to this same H&S for a long time. I’m not sure what contributes to staff turnover, but I’ve lost my 2 fave therapists, Lineth and now Ferran. Kevyn was great. Now let’s see how long he stays at this location.

I’ve found a massage therapist I like and have seen her several times. She’s friendly and always asks if the pressure is ok. She also doesn’t ask a ton of questions or try to make small talk, which I really appreciate.
