My estethecian was waiting for me in the lobby when i walked. She made me feel very comfortable and alllowed me to discuss concerns.. She was conversational but also didn't have needless converation either . so pleseant He rname was Cathereine

THE MASSAGES WITH THE THERAPIST I USE ARE AMAZING. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIND MOE PPL TO DO BETTER FACIALS. THOSE ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL

I've had Zac as my massage therapist since I started going to Hand and Stone. He's always very friendly and professional. He makes sure to ask questions to customize your massage. This was my second facial. Riley was my massage therapist and she was amazing! I had one previous facial with another person and there wasn't anything wrong w/ the first facial but it didn't make me want to get facials on a regular basis. Then Riley gave me a facial and now I want to get facials every month along with my monthly massages. She asked lots of questions about myself to make sure the facial I received was customized to me. She made sure to explain everything that was happening and also gave a great explanation of my skin and how I can improve my skin. She was fun to talk to and had me laughing at times. She made the experience relaxing and comfortable. She then gave me some samples to see which I preferred and said the next time we could customize even more during the facial to fit my needs. Overall, Hand and Stone in Flower Mound is a great place to go. Zac and Riley are my go-to people and will keep going on a monthly basis.

Cynthia is excellent at what she does. She knows how to work the areas where I need it the most. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
