Hand & Stone was very clean & waiting area chairs very comfy. The staff was very welcoming & seem to enjoy working there. I really like facialist& massage person very knowlegable in there fields made me feel safe & comfortable!

Love - Katherine! She gives an awesome facial and she is very knowledgeable about skin care and products. I will continue to request her! First massage with Nicole - she did a great job concentrating on an issue that I have with my neck and shoulders. I will request her again!

Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable, the front desk staff were also very friendly, engaging, and both ladies did a great job pitching the membership to myself and another customer while I was waiting. I added a membership.
