My therapist, Cynthia, was extremely professional and made me very comfortable with the experience. I've only had a few massages prior to this but it was by far the best. In past I've always found myself unsatisfied with the lack of pressure used but this was very firm and targeted some problem areas for me.

My therapist Rachel is THE BEST, as I've said several times before. Would really like the waiver forms to be fewer/less frequent/permanent. It gets old having to sign/check/agree to the same forms for every single appointment. I cannot emphasize this enough: AS A MEMBER, LET ME DO THIS ONCE AND BE DONE!!!! I would even be happy with an annual refresh of forms. The repetitive forms are grating on my patience and is making me reconsider my membership... I've put this in numerous surveys in the past, but yet it seems to fall on deaf ears/blind eyes. Fix that, and keep doing everything else the same, and you have a continued customer for the foreseeable future.

Jennifer Flores is an incredible esthetician. She is professional, calm, patient, knowledgeable, explains what she is doing so that I'm informed. She also helps me to understand how the products are working and what my particular skin needs. She is extremely concerned about cleanliness and not cross contaminating.
