Front desk was very friendly. Kylie was very knowledgeable and helpful when going over skin care and what would work best for my skin

The massage therapist was friendly and she concentrated on the focus areas. She also kindly instructed when appropriate.

The overall experience was very warming and the employees are always friendly and willing to satisfy their customers. The employees are very respectful with privacy and makes customers feel comfortable.

Ferran is the best massage therapist. She inquires throughout my session if the pressure is ok. I ask for her personally with each visit.

Front desk staff needs some work. Friendly enough, but nothing more. They were wearing very casual street clothes, didn’t look like they worked in a spa. I have experienced a nicer front desk experience at other spas of equal value. Just there to check-in/check-out and didn’t contribute to a relaxing spa experience when you walk in.

I like Katherine and everything she does. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my questions. And she understands my skin, which is a major plus for me.

My massage therapist seemed very interested in my comfort and relaxation. She asked at various times if I was doing okay and if the amount of pressure she was using was satisfactory. I felt much more relaxed at the end of the massage.
