The massage therapist Nicolr was wonderful..... I am very dissatisfied that I was told that my remaining packages could be used.... never told that they would expire.... and then told AFTER the massage that they were GONE.... 4 of mine and 2 of my husband's without any verbal or written notice of this.... The manager gave me the massage that I had, but 5 others have just disappeared POOF gone. Due to Covid I have not been able to get the ones....had no idea they were running out... and now POOF they were gone. So, no, I won't be recommending ya'll to friends.... prior to this I was VERY SATISFIED but not now..... again Nicole had not part in this.....I was told you had changed POLICY.
