The appointment was on time. My therapist focused on the area I requested. She made sure the pressure was right.

Daniel asked detailed questions regarding my recent surgery so that he did not reinjure me. He allowed for extra time that he had to confer with his manager.

The therapist was great

The room was very cold, they always are. Makes it hard to relax. I feel like waiting in my car until called and then having to stop a do all of the covid screening take minutes from my massage time. Also the last few months there were issues with my account being frozen when it shouldn't have been. It seemed to be resolved this visit but it was frustrating for the receptionist too.
