Catherine, my aestheticism is phenomenal at her job. She is very thorough, kind and knowledgeable.

I've had many massages and love them, but have never signed up for a monthly commitment. I loved my first massage at Hand & Stone so much that I just splurged and signed up, so I can feel so great every month! My therapist Laura is amazing!!!

The receptionists were great at deescalating a client who had not filled out the forms ahead of time and was concerned about losing massage time in having to answer the questions before her massage. James made me feel at ease although I have never had a male masseuse before - one thing I don’t recall being able to request during online booking but might have been available. He listened to my needs and was responsive to requests on pressure to be used. Left with muscles feeling much better!

I had Laura this time for the first time and was highly satisfied with her. She listened to what I was expecting and was wonderful. I will be requesting her from now on!

I've just always had a great experience there.

I had an enjoyable experience with the facial and massage. I was very comfortable with the surroundings and the area during this time of being extra clean and making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed.
