the receptionist at hand and Stone was approachable and knowledgeable. She asked me if I wanted any add-ons and when she heard I had a strained back she recommended the biofreeze. Lori, my massage therapist, listened to my needs regarding a strained lower back and did a great job soothing the pain. Lori also kept consistent pressure throughout the entire session. Wonderful experience!
