The massage was wonderful.

On line use has nor worked well for me, why must credit card be entered on line when I sign in as member? I have had to call for spot due to in line issues. Why is on line availability for appointments different then phone in?

The receptionist I spoke with is very friendly, knowledgeable, and was extremely helpful in explaining my membership and who I should book my next massage with. I received facial as well. This experience was very soothing. It was recommended that I get a soothing facial to help with rosacea and I was not disappointed.

I really liked this Hand and Stone because from the time you entered the door everyone was friendly and helpful. They offered water, their coconut water was SO GOOD!!

I like the personal rooms for service. The lobby is nice to wait in. Bathrooms are clean and smell nice

Lorena did a great job at focusing on my knots. She spent time on the main areas I was having problem with.

I always feel comfortable with Rosalie and her vast knowledge of skincare of products. She is always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I have. She never makes me feel like she is rushing through my services.

My aesthetician, Leah, was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about skin care. She was kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. My hands had been feeling rough and were aching, so she did some kind of hand treatment. My face and hands feel great and look much more youthful and vibrant. Leah recommended I come back next month for a follow up treatment. I will be in again in February to follow up with Leah.

My massage experience was great. The reception staff was friendly, welcoming and well informed. The ambience is serene and relaxing. My massage therapist, Jesse, put me at ease, listened to my areas of concern, and was knowledgeable in treating those areas.
