I forget her name but the reception lady was very friendly and my esthetician was amazing. She really got all my problem areas. I enjoyed my experience so much that I joined the membership program again. Can’t wait for my next facial.

well - I had stopped going there when Tara left! I loved her however, Madison was amazing and has made me reconsider returning as a monthly member! She is a delight and the massage on my face was excellent plus -she just gave me individual treatment... thanks for having her there - I already booked a new appointment.

My facial was relaxing - thoroughly enjoy. However, the front desk personnel changes like clockwork. I wanted to use a package from Loren Becker's account (family account) and she was unable to make that happen. He had called in earlier that day and advised that he was approving this....no notes were made. Usually this isn't a problem but Monday it was. I feel like they never know what to do - still hanging in there and hoping the training will improve. I miss Susan at the front desk!!

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for approximately three years and thoroughly enjoy the experience. I’ve visited a different location than Flower Mound and was slightly disappointed as the standards of the Flower Mound location are second to none. They are the best.
