I have been visiting Rosalie for two years now. She is the kindest, most knowledgeable esthetician I’ve ever encountered. This location is highly inconvenient for me—there is a Massage Envy literally next to my house 5 minutes away, perhaps less. I, however, willingly travel 30 minutes each way to H&S because of how amazing Rosalie is. My skin has never looked better.

Courtney seemed worried about the requested pressure (medium to firm), but she did great. The appointment time was running a little behind, but she did a great job not making me feel like it was a rushed appointment.
