Long time member, and the experience has always been great. Front office staff is always nice, and very helpful. My therapist Rachel is the absolute best! I only wish you could clone her so she had more available appointments, but I know she's popular because she's the best. The only thing I would change is the need to fill out/sign multiple consent forms for every visit. I've said this numerous times before, and still nothing has really changed. If you need legal posterior coverage, allow me to put ALL of my consent forms on file and require me to fill them out once a year or less. Requiring them on every appointment is re-donk-ulous, unnecessary, and is frustrating as a customer and long time member.

My facial was great! Catherine does an awesome facial. Very relaxing and helped me with my dry skin issues.
