The receptionist was very friendly and could tell me how many packages were in my account. The room and ambience were soothing. Dante always does a great job addressing the tension in my back.

Felt so wonderful on my sore body

I was very pleased with my facial. Bry Did a wonderful job and I left feeling really good. The next morning, after putting on my make up, I felt that having the facial made my make up go on better

I suffer from spinal stenosis and pinched nerves. The massage relieved the tension in my back and neck. It was very helpful.

I've never had a bad experience at this facility. Ever. Everything has been lovely and an easy experience. Everyone I've ever spoken to has been kind, helpful, and caring. All the massage therapists I've had have been lovely and really took my needs into account. Edna is the best of the best, honestly. I will follow her anywhere, she has magic hands. All the receptionists have been helpful and kind, and they are soothing. I love Hand and Stone and keep trying to convince others to visit; unfortunately most of my friends and family live further away. So I recommend they go to one by them!

I always feel welcomed when entering Hand and Stone. Dennis is an excellent and knowledgeable massage therapist. He always checks in during massage to see how I’m feeling.

Great massage therapist and supporting facility. Wasn't sure how "packages" work and this time learned that by using two packages to cover some additional costs, e.g., 30 additional minutes, I lose the remaining amount in the additional package. Will have to be more careful in the future about the use of two packages to cover costs.
