I appreciated Ilona's knowledge and her suggestions for the type of treatment I received, as well as her calm and kind demeanor that she displays at all times.

Katie took the time to discuss my needs and check with me throughout the session to make sure I was happy with the service. I have never had a bad massage at Hand and Stone.
