Hand and Stone

I normally see Charisma but I had to reschedule and Katie was recommended. She was awesome. I now have a solid back-up masseuse if I can’t get in to see Charisma.

The check-in was polite, prompt and efficient. I was offered water and provided water. The therapist was polite, professional, and thorough. I was again offered and provided water. The message suite was clean. The sound was calming. Overall, a very good experience.

Hand and Stone provides great massage services. I was able to ask my therapist to focus on certain areas that were more tense while still doing a full body massage. By the end of the massage, I definitely felt much better. He even offered advice on how to stretch in between massages.

Arturo is a highly skilled aesthetician. There are certain practices that not all aesthetician's follow but he checks all of the boxes and provides a very professional, complete and effective facial service. Thank you!

I have a great therapist, who always asks ahead of the massage about any focus issues for the massage. The receptionist area is typically busy, but the check in and check out processes are pretty straightforwad. I save time by booking ahead of time, rather than at the facility.

Tracy always takes the time to discuss what my needs are before we get started. Her knowledge about anatomy and physiology are impressive. I always feel good when I leave there.
