My Hand & Stone experience was amazing. I had a massage by Michael. He did a great job. I obviously need to come back because 1 hour isn't enough. He had so much knowledge and was helpful answering my questions. The esthetician was very friendly made me feel comfortable. She did a great job. She recommended a few products for my skin. I would highly recommend Hand in Stone.

Both of the therapists Maria and Synthia are exceptional and really know how to help aid my body in recovery.

Each time I come everyone is friendly and helpful. I can purchase products and get a quality facial. I have given gift cards to family members who have enjoyed the experience as well.

We are not local and this spa got great reviews so my daughter booked us some mommy daughter massages and facials! Being a first time customer the value was great! My massage was with Cathy, so was very knowledgeable and friendly! My facial was with Jeanine also fantastic ! When we are back in the area again we will definitely call and book another massage/ facial ! And yes Cathy I am sore , exactly what I asked for lol! Hurts so good 😊

I was very satisfied with the massage, my only problem I encountered was that my fiancé and I booked a couples massage and we were told once we entered the massage room that we lost 10 minutes due to our arrival was 10 minutes late...We did not arrive late but on time but due to the fact I had to fill out a form, we lost 10 minutes..if we were told to come earlier due to forms that needed to be answered we would of done so... I don't not feel we should of lost 10 minutes of massage time due to filling out forms..

Melissa did a wonderful job both on my facial and in making feel relaxed and comfortable. Sometimes I like to talk and sometimes I like to just lay quietly, I like a technician that has a sense of that. I ask for Jeanne also and she does a great job too. I feel they both do their best not to make me feel like they are watching the clock.
