The whole experience was very soothing. my hectic schedule doesn't permit me to get the attention and care I may need sometimes. the experience at Hand and Stone was pleasureable for me. Thank you.

Good service for the amount paid-- friendly staff

Extremely pleased with services and aesthetician Jeanne. She's so knowledgeable and professional. The front desk is always pleasant and efficient particularly Jan.

Just the limited selection of Dermalogica products, and it took a long time to check out after the service. The receptionist was helping someone purchase gift cards and the purchaser did not understand English well, so it took about 10 minutes to assist the customer (usually there are two receptionists). Technicians were wonderful.

I always want a full 50 min massage and it feels like I’m always ending up a little bit less than 50 min

Sara's massages are fantastic. I've not had similar luck with other massage therapists. My preferred esthetician, Jacqueline, no longer works at this location and was the primary reason I kept my membership in place.

Restrooms were lacking. Did not have seat covers. Nor was there soap in the dispensers. Did have free standing soap dispenser. I visited both Friday and the following Monday & the problem was not corrected. Because someone was in the bathroom or women's was just locked as no one answered, after five minutes I used the men's. Same status

Need further time to try experience w services there

I am just trying to find a therapist that matches the style I prefer.

II have chronic pain. Cannot expect someone to heal it.
