It's OK, I like it--it's good, but it could be great! I don't like that add-on services don't add additional time but get shoved into the service you've already paid for. There's not enough information published on the web or in the spa that gives details about the services. I like the promotional incentive to book same/next day appointments but I'd prefer to do this online or in the app. It would be helpful to have mini-bios about the therapists that described what their specialties are. Your web page could be optimized. I always have to hunt around to find information and even then it's very basic.

I felt like the massage did not start on time. I waited longer than usual for my appointment.

I had a one-hour facial, which was very nice, and my esthetician was great. I'm just not a huge fan of upselling services, and there was a lot of that, to customize the facial to the client's needs. The downside for me is that it can easily double or triple the cost of the service, and then I ended up being concerned about cost, that takes away from the relaxation and enjoyment of the treatment.

The facial was great, the massage was not good. She did work on my problem area, but spent the rest of her time pushing in areas that didn’t need it and barley touched the rest of my body

I got a rash on my foot right in between my toes after the massage where I was massaged it seems like a fungal type of rash. That makes me feel like there may be a cleanliness issue or a reaction to the lotion I’m not exactly sure what happened but it makes me hesitant to return. The therapist was helpful in wanting to make sure I was getting what I needed but there were moments that it seemed like there was a pause in the massage… which felt a little awkward. I was very relaxed afterwards but I wasn’t impressed enough to request the same person again. I’d like to try other therapists to see if I can find a better fit for me and ask about the lotion and the cleanliness so I don’t get a rash on my body again. It still won’t go away.

I feel that being a member I should be welcomed back by my therapist instead of asked if I have ever been there before . Taking a little extra time to look at the history of the first would go a long way so I don’t have to explain myself each time .

My new therapist only gave me a 43 minute massage...she started at 2:10 and I was off the table at 2:53 pm. Also she did not give me the full body Swedish massage that I had booked, she focused only on a problem area. I had to ask her to work on my lower body which I had said needed attention. Also scalp massage lasted about 5 minutes. I paid extra for it! I was not even given a hot towel at end to wipe oil off of my feet, hands, etc. It got all over my car dashboard going home. Bad experience compared to stellar service by Erica, my former masseuse for last 3-4 years.

Overall it was a good massage, very relaxing and felt great. The only thing was that she didn’t do my glutes at all and I had specifically requested a focus on lower body. Also, the massage was a bit short - 50 minutes, not an hour (it started at 3:05pm and finished at 3:55pm)

Extra cost for cbd oil with hot stone was less effective than Swedish massage.
