It was my first time in a long time getting a facial. I came in with a very specific issue with my face and the estatician was very friendly, understanding and knowledgable about my skin issues and how to fix it. I didn't feel like she was pushy at all about the products or services to add on either, which I was worried about. At the end of the day, I couldnt wait untl my next one, so I joined the membership program.

The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful both on the phone and in the office. My massage was good, and the therapist kept the chit chat to a minimum which was actually nice.
