Hand and Stone

I was able to book an appointment on short notice. I had to try a new therapist and was very satisfied with her techniques. Appointments was on time, as usual.

The membership at Hand and Stone is very flexible and easy to manage. I also love that they have multiple locations. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable always offering information on the latest deals and upgrades. The facilities are clean and relaxing and Erica, my massage therapist, was amazing!

The massage therapist I had was absolutely excellent! She applied the appropriate amount of pressure and confirmed with me throughout the massage. She was super accommodating and very friendly.

The place was clean and smelled good and the batroom was immaculate. My massage experience was wonderful and relaxing and all staff members that I came into contact with were beyond kind and helpful.

Please make the air in the massage rooms warmer! Only thing I see that has not been addressed since I've brought it up several times both in these surveys and speaking to staff.

The esthetician was very understanding of my needs. Friendly staff. I am always able to get an appt that fits my schedule. Also, love my massage therapist.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone for some time. I over heard a woman talking on her phone raving about her last facial so I tried it! The young woman I had this past visit was exceptional! It was my first time with her and she spent time talking to me about any concerns and preferences. She explain the new products that were available and answered all my questions about them. She did a great job and I left Loving the way my face felt! Great Job! She made some recommendations that I will follow up on! Aimeri!

Jackie, the massage therapist, was professional, friendly, and gave attention to my areas that I requested. I plan to return within the next month for another massage.

I have had many massages and facials over the last 4 years at Hand and Stone. Never once was I dissatisfied or unhappy with the services. I have participated in the Members program and even though I don't go monthly it allows me to double up services for a more "specialized" experience. I particularly enjoy the facials and have had several different but very good estheticians. For routine self care or a special occasion, I would recommend Hand and Stone
