The receptionist was friendly at check-in and check-out. Vivian, my massage therapist, knows my problem areas and consistently addresses them and provides consistent, relaxing massages. The ambience in the spa is welcoming and relaxing.

The staff is very efficient and friendly and my therapist, Erica, is excellent. She knows exactly the pressure I want and need and she always asks me if I am having specific problems or issues. Erica is the best.

Front desk people are very welcoming to each guests Massage therapist I have , he is perfect! Rooms are very clean and smell good.

Amber was professional yet friendly when greeting me in the lobby, she made me feel comfortable in the room and asked questions about my skin, but allowed me to relax in silence as she worked. She made suggestions prior to starting and I enjoyed every minute. I even asked about product for my son’s skin and she was knowledgeable and suggested a product that I purchased after my session. I like that she was very clean, organized and quiet as she set up, allowing me to relax. I can’t say enough about her service.

Therapists Mitch and Amber were Excellent!

Amber was AMAZING! I loved her personality and she was so knowledgeable. My face felt amazing after we were done and I was super relaxed after her massage that she gave me. Love her! May at the front desk was amazing too! So sweet and friendly. They made me feel welcome.

Vicki was great and put me at ease immediately. Everyone was friendly and seemed glad I was there. Overall a lovely experience.
