THE FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING. I LIKE THE TEA AND ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IN THE RECEPTION TEAM MAKES SPECIAL WATER. I ENJOY THE FLOWERS AND THE SPECIAL TOUCHES IN THE RECEPTION AREA. I LIKE THE MUSIC NOW A LOT. I DON'T LIKE MASSAGE THERAPISTS TO ADD THEIR OWN SMELLS TO A MASSAGE ROOM OR PERSONALIZE THE ROOM. I WISH YOU COULD DO THE FRUIT WATER AS IT MAKES H & S OVER THE TOP OF OTHER LOCAL SPA'S. RECEPTION AREA AND PERSONNEL BEGIN WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND END WITH A LASTING IMPRESSION. I DO USE PRODUCTS BUT I DON'T LIKE PLACES THAT HUSSEL ME. I DID HAVE ONE FACIALIST WHO DID THIS. SHE WAS NEW, BUT I NEVER WENT BACK TO HER. I MIGHT HAVE IF SHE HADN'T BEEN PUSHY ABOUT IT. I FELT LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT ME AS HER CLIENT IF I DIDN'T MAKE A PURCHASE AND THAT ALL SHE WAS ABOUT. I COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH THAT KIND OF THERAPIST EVEN IF I LIKE HER. THERE IS ENOUGHT PRESSURE GOING ON I wouldn't need it when I'm trying to go for a spa experience when I'm looking for relaxation.

Love Jacquelyn. She is awesome - I see to frequent Costa Mesa more but have found Jacquelyn and Cassie and Mitch and love going to Hb as it’s closer

Experience is very nice because you are greeted as you walk in the door to make sure all your needs are met, the therapist ask you to specify a specific areas that need attention and does their best to make sure all of the requests are met
