Darcy is the most amazing massage therapist and the reason I continue with H&S.

Mitch is the BEST. Prior to him I always had a woman, but now ONLY use him. Mitch is respectful, knowledgeable and gives the best massages I have ever had!

My aesthetician was good. Paid attention to the treatment. My skin needed and gave me some suggestions on post treatment care.

Jackie is amazing. When I first called to see the location was able to help with severe sciatica, they said they could and Jackie was the one who I saw. She has been awesome every time I come in and I always feel better when I leave. I was barely able to stand up and walk in December for my first visit. She's made such a great improvement in my health and she is friendly and really makes the whole experience positive for me

Front desk was very pleasant and hospitable. Suzy the masseuse was a dream! She is more of a physical therapist with her knowledge and cares so much about helping people with her craft.

Love Suzy! She remembers me and my needs but is also not afraid to adjust when requested. Really client-focused. Just wish this was a whole spa, with saunas and pools

This was my first visit & was recommended by a friend. The overall experience was great from ease of booking through treatment & departure! The best part was Blair, she was Amazing & I already signed up for the monthly program & booked my next appointment!

The massage therapist really listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to cater to my needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent with the pressure. She even asked if I was comfortable receiving massage in an area where I’m not used to, to try to work out my specific issues. She was so good, I booked with the same therapist again for several weeks later.

I enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed relaxing. But most of all I like the fact that the aesthetician knew me, my skin, and what products I may not be able to handle. I also enjoyed talking with her during the appointment. It helps me relax.
