Crystal (sp?) was absolutely incredible. She took the time to understand my needs and I was able to change from rosacea facial to CBD facial because of her recommendation. The cleanser she recommended I purchase is amazing. She was very gentle and nurturing during the facial and made sure I was comfortable at every step.

I have always found all the staff to be very friendly. Lately I have been requesting Mitch for massage. He is knowledgeable about which muscles I am referring to that need extra attention. He uses stretch techniques as well as multiple massage techniques. I really appreciate how relaxed I feel after the massage.

The aesthetiian explained several upgrades to my facial. Apparently I was not clear as to which one I approved and was charged for 2 upgrades. I was surprised to have an additional $70 tacked on to my fjacial.

Cassie was my therapist and I had the best massage! I loved how it included aromatherapy and the eucalyptus relaxed me so much.

The massage was great! The masseuse did a wonderful job of addressing each area of concern. However, I felt uncomfortable with her question about whether I wanted CBD oil or hot stones while never saying they were uncharge treatments. I told her I was uncomfortable with the CBD oil but I normally have regular oils...she still pushed the CBD oil. I wasn't charged for it, so I hope she didn't use it on me.
