Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get massages regularly before joining H&S because I didn’t always feel like I benefitted from massages. I always feel great during my massages here and feel that my health benefits from my regular visits.

Darcy is a top notch therapist! Great personality and extremely knowledgeable.

I live out of the area and not likely to be back in SoCal for 6 months. From my own perspective I would have felt safer in the reception area if masks were required. I realize OC does not require, but presence with the new omicron variant makes it wise.

Came in stressed out from everyday life. Everything from the greeting of the receptionist to the massage therapy itself I felt like it was a good escape! Slept the best that night! The staff was wonderful and I am glad I have a membership

When I was unable to schedule a massage with either of my favorite therapists I was disappointed. But, per the recommendation of the receptionist on the phone, I tried a new therapist, Vicki. She was also excellent and I left relaxed and very satisfied.

Great staff and service. My only comment would be the lack of neck and shoulder massage as part of the procedure. It was alway done and now it seems to be deleted from facials.

great attitude by staff from check in to completion of massage and check out. well trained masseuse who took time to work out big knots and kinks without me having to identify their whereabouts. pleasant environment and loved the warm towels.
