Extremely happy with customer service from the very beginning. Receptionist was very attentive and welcoming. My therapist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on relieving pain pressure point and on recommending complementary services to add to my wonderful experience. thank you.

I have found that all the massage therapists I have experienced are very good. I have been requesting Mitch most recently. He does listen and does an excellent work! He is very professional and not chatty like the gal I had at the H&S in Tustin. and Yes, I also like Erika's massage technique and Lupita's Facials.. I honestly have always had good massages and facials at this location.

Every time I go to get a massage I’m usually stressed out but when I leave I feel relaxed and happy. I found Mitch, who I feel is the best massage therapist. I know I should go more often but when I do go, everything is right in the world. It’s like physical therapy for my muscles but without the pain. Love this place!!

Vivian is amazing! She always gives an amazing massage. She listens to my needs and responds accordingly. When I’m not in the mood to chat she’s quiet, the days I feel Like chit chatting she goes along as well. She’s great!

The A/C was broken and it was very uncomfortable. It was hard to breathe towards the end and I felt like I was Im a sauna. Also I had been scheduled earlier in the month and someone decided to cancel my reservation without letting me know even when I was booked months in advance. I thought that was very unprofessional

The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable and everything was safe and clean and the facial was great and upgrades were done and products bought. I was totally satisfied and booked another appointment!

Mitch, the massage therapist is exceptional and I consistently schedule my appointments upon his availability. Very professional and an expert massage.
