Therapist listened well when I explained my pain points and focused on those areas. Therapist applied a good amount of pressure and asked for feedback throughout massage. The therapist also did a good cupping job.

Sarah Anne is the reason I am coming back and continuing membership she is excellent!! I only wish the massage didn’t cost so much since with tip it makes it inaccesible to a lot of people and the only reason I would discontinue service myself if funds became unavailable

Every employee is always friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is nice, and relaxing and the massage rooms are also relaxing. I always feel so much better after the massage and my massage therapist is just the best

Nicole was a welcoming receptionist, as well as a helpful salesperson at the end. She explained my membership options, product discount, and booked my next appointment. Leah was super friendly, professional, and helpful with recommending a primer product (which I purchased). Leah has a gentle touch and good technique (face, shoulders, neck).

My experience at Hand and Stone was perfect from when I walked in the door. I was made to feel welcome and able to relax from the start. I had requested April because in the past, she examined my skin, made recommendations to improve the condition and then she allowed me to relax while she did her magic. April was on time. friendly, knowledgeable about services and when I asked about sunscreen, she explained each product and recommended the best for my needs. I have never been more relaxed during a facial than when April quietly begins improving my skin, The experience from walking in the door, to being handed a cup of cold water at the end, is honestly the most enjoyable treat I give myself. Thank you for your attention and care.
