The receptionists are always efficient and friendly during check in and check out. Darcy is a great massage therapist! She hits all my trouble spots and frequently finds others that I didn’t know I had.

My masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and very effective with making me feel relaxed and addressed all of my concerns. She was friendly, made sure I felt comfortable speaking up with any changes I would want her to make. The rooms and tables are always clean, smell good, and add to the overall experience.

Always satisfied with my regular and occasional treatments. Mitch is a gifted and quiet (my choice) therapist. Brianna was a gracious and efficient esthetician. I will schedule with her again.

I was told by the receptionist upon booking that I would be able to shift between laying face down and on my sides for my prenatal massage. I was informed this would not be the case after my arrival. The equipment provided for me to safely lie on my stomach was not sufficient to safely lay and the therapist had to reset the bed with different pillows so I could lay on my side. She took several minutes to make these adjustments and my massage was nearly 15 minutes short due to this. I was then informed my gift card for $150 would not be honored at that price if it was used for my initial service at the discounted rate of $99 so I had to pay for the massage out of pocket and save the gift card for my second service in order to retain the additional $50 paid on the gift card. I didn’t want to waste the money so I elected to pay for the service and save the gift card even though my experience was so poor.

My massage therapist is exceptional! She relieves my pain & I know that’s why she’s hard to get an appointment with because she books up fast. The room felt a little warm even though the fan was on & the bed warmer was off. Overall a great experience.

Lauren, the receptionist was very helpful scheduling the appointment. Susie is an excellent massage therapist who listens to what ypu have to say. She provides input on things you can do to improve your life between masages.
