Coming to Hand & Stone is always a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly. The massage therapists always enquire about what it is you are seeking from the massage. They are very accomodating of all requests regarding temperature and massage pressure. The therapists are always courteous and professional. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Jeremy listened to me explain the pain problematic areas and at the end of the session, I felt like I had no physical problems. It was a fantastic massage session that I felt was a healing process for my body with deep tissue and sports massage.

He was calm and didn't talk during massage. Perfect for me. Listened to my areas of concern and worked on them. Didn't small talk. I actually fell asleep - never in 35 years + of getting massages has this happened. Robert will be my first request from now on.
