My overall experience at Hand and Stone was excellent. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable, listened to me and addressed my specific areas of concern. Everyone was very friendly. I left my appointment feeling very relaxed. Thank you!

With new management the facility seems to be running more efficiently certainly more organized and professional. I appreciate the new practice of advising me what services are available because of points, packages, etc.

I signed up for your monthly service and after I accumulated 4 session I cancelled it. They kept charging my credit card and when I caught it it was at 8 sessions. We were told that we could gift them and that they would not expire. My husband and I want to both use them and were told that only I could. Apparently this location was going under and the Costa Mesa store toke over so the spa services are great but the account is terrible.

My appointment with Hope was exceptional. She took the time to discuss ideas and recommendations for products and treatment. She is the best
