It was a little difficult in getting an appointment but that was primarily due to my schedule. Once the appointment was made the friendliness of the receptionist was nice. My massage therapist, Maria, seemed very knowledgeable about which muscles needed the most attention and the pressure applied during the deep tissue massage was ideal. And afterward she explained in what situations I would benefit more from getting a sports massage versus a deep tissue massage. I found this to be informative and helpful for planning future visits.

My massage therapist Christopher was highly knowledgeable in a technical and physical sense. He found my trouble areas and provided recommendations for future maintenance.

Hand and stone has the feel of a hotel spa but it's in the neighborhood. Feels like s mini vacation. Love th smell and ambience. All the staff has been extremely personable.

Therapist worked all areas I identified and did an excellent job. Her name was Kathy and I'd request her for sure on my next visit.

Maggie was very friendly and nice. She promised to provide me with the phone number of another service we discussed and she delivered with is rare these days.
