Hand and Stone

It was a first time facial for me. It was a gift from my daughter. What a wonderful gift it turned out to be. From the time we walked in the door, until leaving, it was a great experience. The personnel involved were extremely good and made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable! I most definitely will be back on a monthly basis.!

I was greeted immediately and helped in a very competent and friendly manner. Jane is just the best, very sad to see her go. She did give me a few names of other therapists to schedule with to try, knowing the type of massage I prefer.

I always enjoy my Hand and Stone experience but I realized that this past visit I was particularly grateful in the way my therapist was able to "read the room" - she engaged in small talk in the beginning and made me feel at ease, but then she curtailed the conversation just as I was ready to forget the world and just be quiet, in that room. It was nice to NOT have to keep up a conversation. It's the little things...

She did a wonderful job and even recommended some products that she thought would help with hydrating my skin. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Sam consistently delivers a great waxing experience. She is the only esthetician I trust to do my eyebrows. Sam is consistently professional and engaging during my session with her and is an expert in her field. She’s the best!
